Do you really answer the phone at night?
Yes. The phone is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week, weekends included. If water is coming in, call rather than using the form.
My roof is leaking right now. What should I do?
Call us. While you wait, move what you can away from the water, put a bucket or towels under the drip, and keep people out from under any ceiling that is sagging with water. Don't go up on the roof in the rain, the wind or the dark.
Is the quote free?
Yes. We look at the roof and give you the price before any work starts. There is no obligation.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, on residential jobs. Financing isn't available for commercial work. Applications go through our financing partner online; the financing page links to it.
Should I get a shingle roof or a metal roof?
We install both. Which suits your house comes down to budget, how long you plan to stay and the roof itself. Tell us what you are weighing up and we can quote both.
Do you work on commercial buildings?
Yes. We repair and replace commercial roofs, flat and pitched, and apply Conklin coatings to flat and low-slope roofs.
What is a roof coating?
A liquid layer rolled or sprayed onto a flat or low-slope roof, which cures into one seamless coat and seals the seams where flat roofs usually leak. It suits a roof that is still sound underneath. We apply Conklin coatings.
Can you help with an insurance claim after a storm?
If a storm damaged your roof, we can document the damage we find for your insurer. Whether the claim is paid is up to your insurance company.
Which towns do you cover?
Boardman, Girard, Canfield, Poland, Austintown, Struthers, Campbell, Liberty, Hubbard and Niles, and further out when the job calls for it: as far as Mosquito Creek Lake to the north, Lowellville to the east, East Liverpool to the south and Akron to the west.
Do you sell roofing materials?
No. We install and repair roofs; we don't sell or deliver roofing materials on their own.
When is your busiest time of year?
Spring through fall. If you are planning a replacement, ask for your quote early in the year. Emergency repairs happen whenever the weather causes them.
