What we collect

When you fill in the quote form we collect the name, phone number and email address you type in, the service and town you choose, whether the property is a house or a commercial building, the property address if you give it, whether water is coming in, the message you write, and any photos or PDF files you attach. We also record which page the form was sent from and the time it was sent.

We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this website. If you apply for financing, you do that on the financing provider's own site, under their privacy policy, not ours.

Why we collect it

To answer your request: to call or email you back, to look at the roof, and to price the work. That is the only reason any of it is asked for. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.

Where it goes

A submitted form is saved as a record in our content system, hosted by Sanity, and emailed to us through Google Workspace. Any files you attach are stored with the record in Sanity and attached to that email.

The form is screened by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a bot. Cloudflare receives the technical signals it needs for that check, not the contents of your message. The website itself is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, as any web host does.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept while they are useful for serving you, and for a reasonable time afterwards so we can look up past work on your roof. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If we add analytics or advertising tags in future, this section will say so before they go live.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will deal with it.
